Delphine is an experienced and versatile dance artist. She is a caring teacher, a passionate performer, an inspiring and driven artist that believes, first in foremost, in the power of dance. Whether it is through a simple class, or an elaborate large scale dance performance or even through an eclectic flash mob, she believes in the power that dance has to bring people together and shift the world for the better.
Delphine Leroux trained in Montreal where she studied ballet, contemporary and improvisation at l’Ecole Supérieure de Ballet Contemporain. After graduating college in 2005, she began her career in a small ballet company in Kelowna. She then moved to Vancouver to join Ballet British Columbia for four seasons where she had the pleasure of performing works by top choreographers. In 2010, she took part in the Opening Ceremonies for the Vancouver Winter Olympics. Delphine is now enjoying her flourishing career as an independent artist. Since 2011, she has had the great privilege of performing across Canada, touring internationally and teaching in Vancouver.
